Creating Olympic DLO💻

Olympic Ancient from then and now💻

Asalaam Alaikum everyone. Today I am going to be blogging about my reading DLO. DLO stands for digital learning object. We were working on the Olmypics for the past few weeks. We had to focus on one question about Olympics and find information about it. My focus question was 'How have the Ancient Olympics changed to the modern?' After we had collected all the information we had to make a DLO. I used Book Creator to show my learning. Book Creator is where you can make books of any kind. My favourite part was when we could choose what kind of DLO instead of the teachers telling us what kind of type we had to do. We were learning about summarising and synthesising. We also had a success criteria that we had to follow. Please comment on my blog and tell me what I will need to work on next time.

Here are some photos of my Book Creator I have started but it is not finished yet.

  1. An excellent explanation of the task you were given to do Amara. You have created some lovely designed pages in Book Creator. I am glad you have enjoyed this activity. Your differences so far are all good examples and very relevant to the question you are answering. Keep working on it in your own time this week maybe.

  2. Great effort Amara. You have explained what was required to be done & seemed very excited to be able to make your own choice about presentation. The Book Creator DLO is looking good & I look forward to seeing it finished result perhaps over the next few days.

  3. Fantastic work Amara!
The facts on the ancient Olympic games are great to read. Using a book creator for your DLO was a super smart idea. I liked how you have used the different backgrounds and images for the pages. Keep up the awesome work :)
