Mindfulness
Salaam everyone! Today I am going to blog and tell you about mindfulness. We only had 4 sessions with Whaea Stephanie. We were very lucky to have mindfulness sessions with Whaea Stephanie. We had to choose a buddy and put our feet and hold hands and it was called a waka. We also played a game were everyone holds hands and we can't let go and we go through a hoop. I think we did mindfulness to learn how to control our breath when we have different emotions like anger, Sad, Frustrated. I can't wait for Whaea Stephanie to come back next year and teach us some more mindfulness.
